Return Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is a factor, these must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions:
Due to hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.
How to Initiate the Process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@fioréamsterdam.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the product if it is damaged
- Your contact details
Refunds
Procedure:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If the issue persists, contact us at [support@fioréamsterdam.com].
Costs
Return Shipping Costs:
All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be sent to China, with shipping costs starting at €20, which will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the issue persists after a second replacement, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
